Thank you for your kind words and question. It will really depend on the broth you are using. I say 1 cup of broth will be enough.
Quarter potatoes and carrots will take roughly 4 minutes and quick release.

I have been looking for a recipe for pressure cooked vegetables that taste like those you get from making a roast in the oven, but without the meat. Not because I am vegetarian, but because I use sous vide to cook the protein. My thinking is that if I use an umami rich stock or broth, the pressure cooked veggies will soak up that flavor and be as close as possible to those slow cooked along side a roast. Do you think this would work and if so, how much stock and time in the cooker would I use.
