Do you have a cookbook? I’ve checked the ratings of some books out there, and they don’t seem all that great. But, I have tried a few of your recipes and they have come out alright. I wonder if you have a book, or other published work that I can buy so that I have it in my kitchen and I don’t have to connect every time I’m making them. You can take this as a personal message, if you want. Thanks.

did your recipe beef and broccoli tonight. took your suggestions reference the cut of beef and it turn out great. meat was tender. made some substitutions instead of American broccoli (andyboy) is used Chinese broccoli. I find Chinese broccoli more tender and sweeter than the American broccoli. Also instead of rice, I used fresh egg noodle. the egg noodle was not prepared in the IP but was sauted in a fry pan until crispy. thank you for your recipe .
