I have more time, as I’m staying home to work, but this could easily have been a busy school night recipe. Everything was perfect, except I needed to cook the salmon a shorter time since it wasn’t an inch thick. I overcooked it by probably a minute. Crisping the skin in a skillet was so easy and the results were pretty.4 stars

Hi JeriLynn,

Thank you so much for your question.

It should come quite close, but my guess is the inside will be overcooked a bit.

Have fun cooking & please take care

Hi Rachel,

Thank you for your kind words and question 🙂

Yes, it is to finish cooking the fish.

Happy New Year to you and your family!!

I assume that is to finish cooking the fish, correct? Thanks so much. I have been wanting to add more fish to our diet, but we don’t have access to a fresh finger monger, so this option is perfect! Thank you!

Hi Rebecca,

thank you for your question 🙂

It will depend on how thick is the filet. I would say at most a few extra minutes as salmon doesn’t take long to cook.

Take care & have fun cooking

I didn’t cut it up before I froze it. How long would I cook it for?
