Thanks so much! And should I keep the cooking time the same as the one you have?

Hi Kelly,

thank you for your kind words and question šŸ™‚

You will want to increase the cooking liquid and the spice by 50% as well so the lamb can be partially submerged in the cooking liquid.

Iā€™m keen to cook this for Christmas dinner for 8 people. Would I just use 2 x lamb shoulders of the same size and how should I adjust the cooking time please? Thanks in advance!

It was really easy and sooooo delicious. I will definitely make again. I had about 1.5kg piece of shoulder and cooked for 2 hours 5minutes with the 15 minute natural release. It was really tender and even some of the bones were edible (if you like that sort of thing – I tend to eat some of the chicken bones when I make bone broth šŸ˜). I have the InstantPot Duo Nova 6L5 stars

Only 3 cloves of garlic plus The Garlic Farm soy sauce with black garlic. Less stock 300 ml.
Think mash potatoes to soak up the gravy šŸ‘. Really enjoyed, thank you.5 stars
