The only thing I do differently is break eggs individually into a small bowl (in case there is a bad egg) before pouring into a larger bowl. Then, I lightly whisk the eggs to incorporate the yolks & whites. Perfect for egg salad.

I butter one of the pans from the EasyShopForEveryone 3 tier stacking insert pans (I purchased on Amazon a couple of years ago). I place the pan in the IP brand silicone sling for east removal from the IP.

The only thing I do differently is blend the eggs with a whisk prior to cooking.
