My 4 kids (13-6) LOVE and BEG for this recipe, and I am more than happy to oblige! We all love it! I served rice, quinoa and roasted vegetable on the side, although rice is their favorite! Tonight it is being paired with rice and a salad. My entire house smells amazing, and I love the savings in cooking from home! It is a major bonus that this is a quick meal to make. With 4 kids, after school sports and school clubs, we are constantly busy!
I use the Instant Pot Duo Plus.

I made Amy and Jacky’s Garlic Butter Chicken for dinner tonight. I cut three chicken quarters in half and was able to fit them all in to brown together. After I removed the cooked chicken to thicken the sauce, I smashed the garlic cloves with a wooden spoon so they melted into the sauce. I made rice and broccoli with garlic while the chicken was cooking. Can you tell we like garlic? Adults and kids both loved it!

Delicious. The garlic gravy was excellent on the baked potato I served with the chicken.
I added a sauted onion.
Once again I wish I doubled the gravy. Your gravy and sauce recipes are always delicious. Thank you.

Butter Garlic Chicken. For mine, I had it crisped a bit in the Airfryer. I also made some rice to go with it. Quick and easy cook. Delicious ❤

I have yet to try a recipe from Amy + Jackie that I haven’t absolutely loved! I am 100% sure that if they created it, it will be a winner. This is one of my all-time favorite Instant Pot recipes! Sooo easy and flavorful! I serve it over Instant Pot rice or mashed potatoes!

Oh, wow! This is so easy and so flavorful. Another five-star recipe! I used skinless boneless chicken breasts and adjusted the timing to four minutes pressure cook and eight minute release. The chicken was a little dry, so I will play with the timing if I use breasts again. It was delicious!
