I’ve been eating too much takeout and I’ve been neglecting my sweet sweet instant pot lately! So, I decided to try out a new recipe for general tso chicken in lettuce wraps. Delicious!!! I’d definitely make it again! I’ve been trying to find healthier things to make in the IP because I’m trying to get shredded 👸🏾

Made General Tso Chicken: Used 8 whole drumsticks and served w/ rice instead, and used 3 chili de arbol, then removed them since wife doesn’t like spicy. So easy and yummy! 😋

If you like spicy…try general Tso’s chicken…It’s very easy and tasty…But I think next time we will use half the chili peppers. Didn’t shred the chicken this time, but it tasted good anyway 🙂

First time trying this recipe. General Tso chicken. Winner winner chicken dinner! 🏆 Such a great idea to serve as lettuce wraps, makes it lighter and healthier. My son even licked all his fingers after he was done! Another one to add to my favorites list.
