I have made the rice pudding in my 3qt model. I did use Arborio Rice.
I also decided against the sweetened condensed milk due to the sweetness and additional calories involved. I did add enough milk afterwards to get to my desired consistency.
I grew up eating this rice with either cinnamon sugar topping, or canned blueberries or cherries.

This recipes, as all of your recipes, is amazing. Thank you

Fantastic new recipe Amy Jacky, Jacky Amy! Since I love rice pudding, I had to try Amy+Jacky’s creamy Arroz con Leche. It is so decadent! I sent some over to my 92 year old neighbor who is a real “foodie” and he absolutely loved it.
