Great recipe! Did two big russets using the times you gave, and did the twice baked part in my air fryer oven. Couldn’t decide which I liked better, the ribeye I had with my potato or the potato itself! Thanks Amy & Jacky for another winner!

Twice baked potatoes!! Very yummy. This is the first time I have cooked potatoes in the instant pot and it did not disappoint. Loved the smoked flavour in these potatoes. My husband absolutely loved them . Thanks for the recipe and such great instructions

Tried out the Twice baked potato recipe. Unfortunately, the skins of my potatoes cracked open after they were cooked so I couldn’t use them as a shell to bake the mashed and mixed potatoes so I just put them in a dish to finish in the oven. Still yummy!

I like how fast the instant pot cooks these potatoes 😂 35 mins vs 60mins plus. Loaded bake potatoes tonight.. lots and lots of bacon. Don’t have the air fryer lid and wanted to try the double baked potato still considering pulling the trigger on that lid. 🤔

Hi Amy and Jacky thank you for making the recipes for this unique cooking product..I’m new and your been helpful making different kinds of Rice…wonderful…now I’m on to the 25 recipes for Christmas but just got to the Baked Pototoes so easy don’t have to peek don’t have to test for doneness….my my so easy ……now if I only wanted to do 2 potatoes the 8″ size …how long should I set pressure time and natural release still 10 mins.? Your both our amazing and I’ve just started I have read recipes way ahead and it will take me time to get going…slow learner I’m 80.

I’ve been very hesitant to do non-meat dishes in the instant pot, but I finally bit the bullet and this was my first time doing something liked this. Oh my gosh… it was so worth it! Super yummy – will be making this again next week!
