Sautéed asparagus bites and red onion with the garlic. Added shrimp a few minutes later. This was wonderful served over spaghetti squash. Poured the butter/olive oil pan drippings over all and it was DELISH! Thank you!

I have jumbo unpeeled raw shrimp in the freezer. Does it matter whether they are peeled or unpeeled before cooking?

I combined two different Amy and Jacky recipes today for lunch: spaghetti squash and sautéed shrimp. Just added extra butter, garlic and Parmesan. The results are scrumptious 😋
