I’m replacing my “other brand” pot and would like to get the crisp lid as well. Would you suggest the duo plus and the separate lid or the duocrisp combo?

Many of our recipes are developed in the DUO Plus 60 and 1 cup of liquid will work fine in the Duo Plus 60 🙂

Hi I have the duo plus 60- instructions say not to use less than 2 cups of liquid when using. However, many recipes call for less liquid than this. I thought about doubling recipes but for some, it would be way too much! What have you done to adjust for this? Thanks!

Hi. I have the IP Duo Plus 6 qt and am confused on sealing and venting. On my lid, I do not have a sealing option, only release. Is the sealing auto on this model?

In reply to Linda. As of late 2017, the inner pots only have 1/2 and 2/3 marked, and do not have the volume level markings anymore.

I have the IP Duo Plus 8 quart and am also very confused. Soaked some Pinto Beans overnight and put on Bean setting and pressure cooking. The beans came out like soup, no color, no taste even though I had added spices and salsa. How do you know whether to change the time on a setting. So far I am not impressed with the pot or manual. Help please.
