The second time I browned chicken thighs on Sauté. As they finished the display read “hot.” When it cooled I pressure cooked the Chicken Cacciatore. The dinner was good but the inner pot now has a bulge in the middle of the bottom. Is this normal?

You will want to wait for the Instant Pot to be completely dry before turning it back on again.

I recommend waiting a full 48 hours just to be safe.
