I hope you are recovered from your car accident, and that you weren’t hurt too badly! I just spent some time looking for this info – what to do if you have the mini (mine is a duo).

I think it would be handy for this to be one of the FAQs, more easy to find. Perhaps something like: “I have a mini (3qt) Instant Pot, what do I do with the recipes?”

I hope your Instant Pot reviews will soon include the new Instant Pot Duo Evo Plus. In my (and that of Barbara Schieving, among others), the Duo Evo Plus is a game changer. I’ve had and love my IP Duo for almost 4 years, but the Duo Evo Plus was the first model that made me want to upgrade and I did. I would encourage readers of this post to check out the Duo Evo Plus before making an IP purchase.

For those interested in an IP that air fries as well, they may wish to check out the Duo Crisp + Air Fryer.

For no adjustment, you can use the high pressure setting instead of the max pressure setting for our recipe.

If you would like to use the max pressure setting, you will want to reduce the cooking time by 15% when the pressure cooking time is 35 minutes or longer.

They are actually very similar to the DUO 60 or DUO Plus 60 and you will not go wrong with any of them.

Between the four, I recommend going with the one that is on sale.
