Hi Naomi,

thank you for your kind words and comment 🙂

It was a 10 minutes Natural Release which means natural release for 10 minutes then turning the venting knob to release the rest of the pressure.

Please take care & be safe
Jacky

at the 6:21 time in the video. You said “Natural release” but you flipped it to the venting position so it was really “Quick release”.

When I have a chuck roast, I will definitely try out this recipe. I’ve cooked many of your recipes and love their flavors. Your website is my favorite for IP cooking. Keep up the great work.

Hi Carole,

thank you for your question 🙂

The manual setting has been replaced with the Pressure Cook button with the recent model.

Please take care

There is no manual setting on the front panel. Please advise. Thank you.

Hi Florence,

Thank you for your question 🙂

PSI is Pound-force per square inch. The higher the number, the more pressure.

Have a wonderful week

Hi Carol,

thank you for your question.

Did you use the crock pot liner as a pot in pot bowl?

If so, it is unlikely the crock pot liner caused the Burn Message.

Please take care
Jacky

Got a BURN message. The stew turned out fine but was the message because of the liner?
