Delicious! I didn’t have jasmine rice so used regular long grain white rice and didn’t change anything, really tasty and warming.

Made a whole bunch of recipes from Amy and Jacky’s website, some of my absolute favourite recipes to make (Tuscan chicken, General Tso, Chicken Biryani).

Your recipes never disappoint and this one is no exception. I tend to use yours more than any other I find online for Instant Pot. This Jambalaya recipe is BANGIN’!!! Very flavorful and a true crowd pleaser. Well gone guys!!!

I have never made jambalaya before and I was a little intimidated. I love creole flavors and I do like to experiment in the kitchen, so I was so happy to see this recipe. It came out absolutely fabulous. Everyone in my household, including an extremely picky eater, absolutely loved it. Very flavorful, very dynamic and customizable recipe. For mine I added some fresh chopped parsley and a dash of hot sauce in addition to the cayenne. Thanks so much! I will definitely be making this again soon.

Made this tonight for company. It got rave reviews! I love this and other recipes of yours that I have tried. Never disappointed. Had pre-cooked frozen shrimp, so I sautéed those for just a minute or so to collect the juices in the IP. Omitted the cayenne since we are baby mouths. I had hot sauce on the table if anyone wanted to amp it up. There was a nice, mellow warmth from the andouille style sausages (chicken). Will make again for sure!! I loved that I could make dinner before everyone arrived and it stayed ready to serve on the keep warm setting. I could enjoy cocktails without interruption. Double yay!!
