We had a hard time deciding what to serve for Christmas dinner, and came up with a turkey breast at the last minute. I knew Amy & Jacky would come through for me, though, and they did! We didn’t have
time to brine it, but it was still flavorful. Thanks for always having my back in the kitchen, you two!

We have a Darth Vader Instant Pot (6 qt), which probably equates to a duo?

Wow! Amazing. Easy. Flexible. I had a 4.67 lb. breast. Adjusted time for larger size. Just barely fit under Minimum Mark. Best Turkey ever!!

This was SO good!! I was nervous, but it worked great! I had a 5.5 lb turkey breast and a 6 quart pot, so did not do the potatoes. Didn’t brine it (watching my salt) but stuffed so thick slices of unsalted butter under the skin. Cooked the turkey for 36 minutes. Not sure it got the full 15 minute natural release as I forgot to time it and hubby was impatient so he vented it. 🙂 Ran it in the broiler with the honey and soy sauce- delicious!!! Thank you for all your work finding us easy recipes!

If you have the pot on keep warm, does it vent naturally?

My Thanksgiving turkey breast was done in the IP. Second year using the IP and it’s been moist both times! For my household of four this year it was no problem but last year I could barely fit my turkey breast in my 6qt when trying to feed 8 lol

3lb boneless turkey was used for this recipe at 25 mins + 15 mins natural release and it came out juicy!!! (Thank goodness!!) The stainless steel bowl for the potatoes didn’t fit so I stacked the potatoes on top of the turkey/against the inner pot and it worked just fine.

Turkey breast and drumsticks (chopped by the butcher) cooked to perfection! I must confess I was scared to ruin the turkey but the recipe was just perfect
