IP’ing pasta is obviously a second-best for pasta, not going to convince me otherwise on that, but it was adequate and the recipe is very convenient.5 stars

The only thing I did differently was to deglaze with a splash of Sherry and to add more spinach. Next time I might try adding some mushrooms!5 stars

Subbed in chicken thighs, as we prefer dark meat, and hot water with bouillon, because we didn’t have chicken stock. Also quick release at 3 mins since I prefer my pasta to be more al dente.
SO delicious!!! I was worried for a minute because the pasta clumped together and stuck to the bottom of the pot, but after mixing it up with the sauce, it all loosened nicely and the browned bits on the pasta added that much more flavor! We loved this so much that my hubby requested that we include this on our menu for Christmas dinner!!5 stars

I didn’t have spinach, so I used bok choy! 😉5 stars

Sooo delicious and simple. I used partially frozen chicken breasts and they were nice and juicy. As there were just 2 of us, we had leftovers. Bonus!5 stars

I think I could have added a bit more stock as my noodles were a little too al dente but still tasty.5 stars

I used fettuccine instead of penne and I don’t have spinach at home so I used bacon 🥓 😝5 stars

Of course, after Thanksgiving, it became Turkey Alfredo! Yummy way to use that leftover turkey in an oh, so tasty & easy Alfredo sauce! I always thought making the sauce was too much trouble. Not this one! Thanks Amy & Jacky, it was very tasty!5 stars
