That was so delicious! I never made risotto before and this is a no-fail, super easy recipe!!! I did not have prosciutto and used a cup of peas. I will make this again and again!!

My go to recipe for IP risotto. So simple and perfect everytime. Love being able to make risotto for a weekday dinner.

My daughter is a fanatic about Risotto. When she found out it can be made in an instant pot she almost fainted. And it’s delicious!! Besides impressing my daughter, not easy to do, you’ve saved me hours and hours. Thank you so much.

Tried this out last night. Very easy. I used home made shrimp stock and I sautéed shrimp which I added at the end.

I forgot to say in my previous comment that I substituted 2½ large leeks (they needed to be used up) for the onions and it was fabulous!

This risotto is soooo good…. And so easy in the IP! The “secret ingredients” are the Pinot Griglio and soy sauce. Thanks for a great recipe!

This recipe was Amazing and every measurement was Perfect! I loved it and it turned out perfectly! I am so shocked at how easy it was. The only change that I made was adding Cracked Pepper Brie to the finished product. So Good!
