I recommend reducing the cooking time by 1 – 2 minutes as the get up to pressure time will be longer.

Turns out really good! Substituted the sugar with coconut sugar. It is fantastic, thanks so much Amy and Jacky! I started off with just rock sugar and no white sugar. When its all done I added the coconut sugar bit by bit until it reached the sweetness I wanted.5 stars
