Made cheesecake bites as Xmas gifts. Didn’t cover in chocolate, instead decorated with Reese peanut butter cups, snickers, ferrero rocher and raspberries.

The recipe says “16-20” servings. I can’t fit nearly that many of the standard silicone cups your Amazon link shows.
Are you using mini cups?
Would the 7 minute cooking time work for the six cups that fit?

I believe it will take a few minutes longer as the cheesecake bites will come out slightly thicker.
