The same cooking time will work. Just make sure there is enough room for the steam to rise up to allow the Instant Pot to get up to pressure and cook evenly.

I read your comment about not needing to adjust anything if doubling your IP carrot recipe. I am having 9 people for dinner… would I need to adjust anything if tripling or quadrupling the amount of carrots? Thank you so much. I can’t wait to make these.

I imagine anyone would love these- can’t miss with butter and BROWN SUGAR (or other sweetener). I have not made this as yet, just found it today. BUT I KNOW I will LOVE THESE!!!

These were delicious. I’m not a big carrot fan, but have always liked the ones at Cracker Barrel and these were very similar. Definitely making this a regular at our house. So easy!

Amy+Jacky’s carrots recipe is delicious as is but you can change the flavorings too. I needed a carrot dish to go with cevapcici so substituted spicy Red Zhug for the seasoning in the recipe. Served room temperature. The carrots were cooked perfectly and so easy in my 3qt IP.

These are delicious even without the glaze. While I like raw carrots, the texture of cooked is usually awful, inedible. These IP carrots have a wonderful texture! Thanks so much for your website, the tasty and RELIABLE recipes are much appreciated.
