This is delicious! The coconut milk adds just enough sweetness for me, but it’s extra-tasty topped with fresh fruit.

Delicious!!!
This is a warm, filling, fun, and healthy treat in very little time.
I served each bowl with maple cream stirred in to taste,
and topped the oats with oven toasted sliced almonds.

Steelcut oats for breakfast

Have you tried Amy+Jacky’s Steelcut oats made with canned coconut milk? It is so luscious. This morning I made it, then topped it with a scoop of peanut butter, sliced bananas, and 2 Lindt chocolates. Delicious – like starting the day with dessert!

This simple recipe turns out delicious! My favorite part of it is that putting it together takes just a couple of minutes and it only calls for a few ingredients sitting in the pantry – no extensive shopping required. I top it with toasted walnuts, dried berries mix and f11igs, sliced orange and a drizzle of honey. Definitely a keeper!

I never thought of making oatmeal in my instant pot until I see others posted their pictures. I didn’t really enjoy eating oatmeal until now. This recipe made me finish my whole bowl. It’s so creamy and delicious 😋.
