After failing again with the stovetops method I decided to check for Instant pot recipe and remembered about you guys. This is by far the best steamed eggs recipe. It’s silky and smooth. I made twice in two days. Since I don’t have extra large eggs, I used 3 large eggs and 3/4 cup of chicken broth. Outstanding recipe. I’m making Flan right now, I’ll post the result soon.5 stars
