It was a super Win and leftovers I made into Risotto Balls and froze down for appies. Air fryer for the win vs oil. Air fryer 4 min each side! Thanks for always delicious recipes!!

Mushroom Risotto delicious with just shiitake and regular mushrooms. Definitely so much easier to use an IP to make risotto

Made mushroom risotto tonight and everyone raved about it! It was amazing! Makes me feel way more gourmet than I actually am 😂 Very simple but so flavorful. I let everyone think I put in way more effort than I actually did lol
