Made it as written with two thick boneless FROZEN chops. Browned the frozen brick. Cooked them according to the recipe and they came out 146 F and were juicy and delicious. The only thing I’d change is only make HALF the cornstarch/water mix. I put the first TBS of mix in the pot and it was instantly too thick. Had to throw out most of the thickener mix. The applesauce turnout out perfect in the end. Sweet and savory. Scrumptious

From frozen brick to dinner in about 45 minutes. Woohoo! THANK YOU, AMY AND JACKIE FOR ANOTHER WINNER.5 stars

My family all loved it! They came out so tender and flavorful! It was a last minute thing, didn’t expect them to be so good, especially w the short cook time. Another hit Amy&Jacky!5 stars

Hi Becky,

thank you for your question.

The get up to pressure time will be a lot longer so you will want to shorten the pressure cooking time to 0 minute and the natural release time as well.

Please take care & stay safe
Jacky

The chops are on the thin side, probably 3/4 inch. With that many chops, would I still cook them for 1 minute? Or would they need more time?
