Yummy 🤤. The reviews at home were great such as the flavor being good, tasted like Chinese restaurant soup, can’t wait to see if the flavors intensify tomorrow.

I had to improvise a little because our local grocery didn’t have all the ingredients (slightly Americanized). A lot of steps and ingredients so I was on my toes throughout the process 😊. Thanks for the great recipe!5 stars

Finding the right products at the Asian Market was a bit intimidating, and prepping the ingredients was somewhat tedious… but it turned out to be a labor of love. This Hot & Sour Soup was as good as, if not better, than any that I’ve had in a restaurant. It was fun using the unique ingredients such as dried lily flowers and dark soy sauce. I still can’t believe I made such an amazing soup! Thank you, Amy & Jacky!5 stars

I worked in a Chinese restaurant and they had the best hot and sour soup. This reminds me of that restaurant. Plenty of mushrooms and veggies. Definitely recommend browning the pork. I had vegetable stock instead of chicken stock so I used that instead and it still turned out great.

You can use 1lb of chicken thighs and reduce the pressure cooking time to 6 minutes + 15 minutes natural release.
