I had to improvise a little because our local grocery didn’t have all the ingredients (slightly Americanized). A lot of steps and ingredients so I was on my toes throughout the process 😊. Thanks for the great recipe!

You can use 1lb of chicken thighs and reduce the pressure cooking time to 6 minutes + 15 minutes natural release.
