We used 350g of mushrooms (they were very large) for this recipe. It is roughly 3.5 cups of mushrooms.

I made this 2-21-24 for my husband and I. Fantabulous! My personal notes: Served it with Stove Top dressing & veggie. Like other contributors, I did the “0” cook, added fish sauce and patted the pork chops before browning. No dry/tough meat. I also did all the prep in a frying pan. It turned out SO good! One of the many reasons I love the Amy & Jacky Instant Pot recipes is that every recipe they have me going for my “exotic” vs standard spices. And the detail/pro tips are soooo good!! Thank you. I wish I had a picture but yours was much better than mine.

Having not made this recipe yet, its hard to rate. Wish there were an option to ask a question without having to rate. I did search for the answer to this question, but found no mention of it in the comments. Do you really mean to call for 8 – 10 (350g) mushrooms? The equivalent is ~ 6 cups. This seems disproportionately large compared to all the other ingredients. Just curious.

Tonight I decided to try Amy + Jacky’s Instant Pork Chops with Mushroom Gravy. It turned out to be so delicious and the chops were tender and juicy. They were cooked at pressure for only 1 minute. For the most part, they cooked for about 5 minutes coming to pressure and about 10 minutes when the pressure lowered naturally. Pork Chops are difficult to do well in a Pressure Cooker, but this recipe is one I would definitely recommend

I did it! I cooked supper in the Instant Pot and used Amy+Jacky’s recipe for Pork Chops in HK Mushroom Gravy. It was so delicious! I served it with leftover reheated Ranch Roasted baby potatoes and some microwaved french green beans. Yes, definitely comfort food! Thank you, Amy+Jacky! Oh, and we couldn’t find cremini mushrooms, so we used Baby Bellos (portobellos). As you can see, I like gravy on everything, and there was plenty!

Needed some soul-comforting food tonight so went to a tried-and-true crowd favorite recipe. Pork chops in HK mushroom gravy served on a vintage Corelle plate and paired with air fryer potatoes. My only variations: I used a pint of baby Bella mushrooms and let the garlic tell me how much it wanted to contribute to the party. My soul feels cared for, and my tummy is full.
