I didn’t have much of a plan except that i had bought pork riblets. I googled “riblets and rice in the instant pot” and hoped for the best. When I saw Any+Jacky, I knew I was going to be fine 🙂 (I’ve used their recipes in my older pressure cooker) I really just needed guidelines and times since I didn’t have any of the ingredients except sushi rice! I mixed up a packet of steak marinade, covering the riblets for a few minutes. I then followed the steps and times and it was delicious! Thank you! I can’t wait to use the actual recipe the next time, it sounds so tasty. You were just what I needed 🙂5 stars
