HELP. I did this recipe for the first time using the Air Fry Lid. I am UNCLEAR if you take the water out of the pot PRIOR to starting the Air Fry function or do you leave it in. Could you please clarify this. Thank you.

As ALWAYS you hit it out of the park with your recipes. This was fantastic. The peppers were so well cooked. As a vegetarian I was able to have some for me and used Morningstar Crumbles and regular for the carnivore in my family. I had never used my Air Fry lid before so did not use it this time and for the Air Fry Part moved them into my Instant Omni Plus and used the air fry function there. Next time I am going to use my Duo Crisp! THANK YOU for another amazing recipe. Amy and Jacky for the WIN.

I used my Ninja Foodi to sauté, pressure cook, and air fry and it turned out amazing. Be sure to put some non-stick spray on the rack first as the peppers get a little soggy and are hard to come off the rack. The taste of the filling can’t be beat. I will try red and orange peppers next time as I think I would like the overall flavor better. I didn’t have any mushrooms, so I skipped that part. I will definitely put this in my recipe box (aka, One Note). Enjoy!

Stuffed Peppers. I had it pressure cooked and let it crisped up a bit in the airfyer. My son loved it so much and he had three in one go!

Today I decided I would compare oven-baked stuffed peppers and Instant Pot ones. I infinitely prefer the Instant Pot ones. Not dry, pepper cooked just right for me. I now have loads to go in the freezer (well wrapped) and am so pleased to see how to reheat one in the Instant Pot- by far the easiest method I’ve come across.

This stuffed pepper recipe is THE BEST that I’ve tried, and I’ve tried many! This has the perfect blend of spices. It doesn’t get dried out and the peppers are not over-cooked. We love it! Thanks so much!
I used a Cuisinart electric pressure cooker that I’ve had for many years.

We loved these. Made two LARGE peppers with enough filling left to freeze. Used regular cheddar but may try a drop of liquid smoke in the mix next time. Also used riced cauliflower instead of rice. Delish! This stuffed pepper recipe replaces all my others. 👍👍👍
