And did rice separately! I made it for work lunches. It’s so good. I’m making it for my family over the weekend. This one is a keeper!5 stars

I made this for supper 2 nights ago, and it was a success! Child2 loved it. I will have make this again, so Child1 can try it. I have to add that your recipe and photos are brilliant, made this recipe easy to follow, and less daunting as it was the VERY FIRST time I have ever used a pressure cooker. Thank you!!! 😊
I used the Instant Pot Pro Crisp + Air Fryer5 stars

The 12 min high pressure and 12 natural release was perfect timing for the beef chunks. This was really tasty and so easy. Thank you for another yummy recipe!5 stars

It was delicious and I’m glad I tried it out!5 stars

It is the last day of hunting season here. My freezer is full, so I made this with the last roast that wouldn’t fit. The meat is tasty and tender!5 stars

Happy New Year Tasha!

You can double the recipe by increasing the liquid ingredients by 50% and the rest of the ingredients by 100%.

The cooking time will stay the same!

Take care & stay safe

I got it going right before I took my parents to shop and they commented something smells good. It’s the lingering aroma on me. 😆 I used about a pound of stew beef and only 2/3 cups of broth and cut back on the Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce. Cooked for 20 minutes. When I came back, it took me less than 5 minutes to finish up the dish and dinner is ready.5 stars
