While grocery shopping I came across short ribs and then had an immediate craving for LA Galbi. A quick look-up for Amy+Jacky’s recipe and backtracking for missing ingredients to make a rewarding and delicious meal for the family. Will definitely recommend and will be making this again!

LA Galbi served with Chinese turnip (daikon) over fried rice 🤤yassss that daikon was everything I imagined it would be – reminiscent of restaurant dining 😌 also successfully snuck veggies in my kids’ dinner by chopping them up into tiny pieces – it melts in your mouth, and were thereby undetectable 🙌🏼

LA Galbi made w/ St Louis style ribs in place of Korean Short Ribs: Added 1 cup brown rice + 1 cup water in a stainless steel bowl over 3” tall trivet, HP 15 mins NR 10 mins. 5 mins in Airfry 400 deg to finish 😋 Happy Father’s Day!

Korean BBQ Short Ribs. No pears at home, so skip it. Use air fry function in my 5 in 1 cooking system to crisp the ribs, bottom with some celeries and cucumbers. 😍

First time trying out the la galbi recipe. I put the ribs in the air fryer after cooking in the IP. Finger licking good. 😋

The ribs were finished in the oven and were more tender than when I do it in the oven. I didn’t have sesame seeds but had Trader Joe’s “Everything but the Bagel” seasoning so I went crazy. Yum!!!!
