I actually had 9 legs to cook, so I upped the time to 24 minutes since they were still a little icy and they came out delicious and beautifully tender! Thanks for another great instant pot recipe!5 stars

FYI — Jacky is Amy’s husband!

Yes, they did it again! Cleaning out the freezer this afternoon, I came across an older package of turkey legs. Oops. Without hesitation, I put it in the pot, and it turned out delicious!5 stars

I cooked 3 turkey legs, about 2.5 lbs total, for 20 mins. I made no other changes. Tender, and the gravy is to die for. This recipe is a keeper.5 stars

I made this today, slightly modified as I have a 3 quart, i just used one hindquarter, cut in half, and otherwise full steam ahead! WOW it turned out beautifully, and I was skeptical! I scooped the onions and celery out and added those to some stuffing, and used a turkey gravy packet. Delicious! Thank you so much. I have subscribed!5 stars

I am SO GLAD I did. I followed the directions, minus the rosemary (the one herb I dislike, lol) and it turned out absolutely delicious. I strained the drippings/liquid and added it to a turkey gravy packet. Holy moly, I would’ve happily stuck a straw in it and had it by itself 😀 Thank you so much for sharing this recipe! I am going to add this to a regular rotation, and also try it with chicken legs.5 stars

More moist and taste!!5 stars

My 2 turkey legs were 2.53 pounds total and I cooked them in my 8 quart instant pot. We did 18 minutes but they definitely needed 20 or more. I only had reduced sodium broth but it still worked well (I just didn’t use as much kosher salt).4 stars

Just like all the other Amy + Jacky recipes I’ve tried. You ladies got it going on! I normally do not like turkey legs but my husband really wanted them. This recipe made them tender and flavorful. Thanks ladies!5 stars
