I thought the middle would be tough, but it’s not. They have a slight nutty taste to them which I think gets a bit stronger the longer they cook. Nice for lunches and you can still slice them with an egg slicer. 3-3.5 hours is my favorite but it all varies from person to person.5 stars

Traditionally these are made in Korean Saunas, just eggs left in the steamers all day basically. So there is no reason why you can’t just run them through at 105 minutes or something twice in a row. Should be fine. (105 x 2 = 210 minutes = 3.5 hours.)

Half of my eggs cracked after pressure cooking for 3.5 hours.

Kale and sausage are extra from making Zuppa Toscana. I did a simple saute and made some sauna eggs. An easy, delicious one-bowl meal.5 stars

Any tips? I’d like to try for a longer cook time but don’t want to buy a whole new cooker just for these eggs.5 stars

Sometimes leftovers make the best lunch.5 stars

Sauna eggs were cooked in advance and put in the udon soup afterward. I have just enough time to make the udon during my 15-minute break and took the whole pot back to the office.5 stars
