However, I made this as presented except substituted Sambal Oelek for Sriracha (out of). I tasted it after mixing and found it missing. Added chili powder sprinkled on top with paprika and it improved. Yet it still needed something. Barely drizzled (literally) some honey over eggs and it exploded flavor and complexity. These changes made it a #10/10 on taste & #2/10 on spiciness.4 stars
