Made Amy + Jacky’s Egg Brulee today for a baby shower and it was a hit! Followed recipe to the T. May follow their directions for jammy eggs rather than runny eggs for the next time, but that’s a personal preference. Plus, got to play with fire. Will definitely be making this again! Low pressure 3 minutes for 6 eggs.5 stars

SOOOOOO YUMMMMY! Will keep this on speed dial (or cook) for future barbeque-type things. Thanks Amy + Jacky 🙂5 stars

Hi Tony,

thank you for your questions 🙂

This is soft-boiled eggs.

I would try reducing the cooking time by a minute for high pressure.

Take care & have fun cooking

What about 10 or 12? It would also be nice to update the original perfect pressure cooker eggs post (https://www.pressurecookrecipes.com/pressure-cooker-soft-hard-boiled-eggs/) with this table. Thanks!!

Hi Bridget,

thank you for your question 🙂

Both warm or chilled will work.

You will want to do the caramelizing part right before serving.

Happy New Year & Have a great weekend!

Would the tops stay crisp if chilled in fridge?5 stars

Hi Nick,

Yes it is 🙂

We tried it in 2 different models with the same result.

Merry Christmas & Happy Holiday to you and your family!
