Made this lovely flan today using Amy + Jacky’s site. I found the key is a tight fitting tin foil. Egg was so velvety smooth 😋😋😋

Excellent! I have decided to always check with you for all IP recipes. This is my first attempt to make the flan. It’s not that scary as I first thought. It’s keeper. It’s a great ones to share with friends since it’s individual servings. Thank you again.

My daughter chose tonight’s dinner and she decided to make one of her mama’s favorite’s plus dessert. The flan recipe is from Amy+Jacky which is amazing but instead of using individual ramekins used one big cake pan😁 Same cooking time and used a nonstick 7inch cake pan
