I made this one today and it’s really good! I added the rest of a bag of frozen peas to it as well as cutting up the boneless skinless chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces. Makes things easier later! Looking forward to starting in on this one maybe tomorrow!

Probably my favourite InstantPot dish. I like to toss in a few homegrown beans at end of cook, not sure why, just seems right. 😂

A fantastic go-to recipe, really easy to follow and results are great everytime. I adjust the flavour to suit us and make 1.5x the recipe (to feed 2 hungry teenagers) and the results still come out perfectly. Thank you.

So delicious. Our toddler really likes it too. Didn’t have chicken stock so used vegeta and water and omitted salt. Turned out so good. Highly recommended

I added ground coriander and sour cream and the rice came out delish. The chicken thighs were overcooked. I might have to adjust to pressure cook 5 min next time. The browning step cooks the chicken quite a bit already technically. Basically the rice is what we’re focusing on during the pressure cooking part.
