Enjoyed the flavors but for us, the ginger was a little overpowering. Will make again for sure with less ginger (I used weight mesurements). Broiling in the oven after created a great crispy crust!

Amy and Jacky‘s Lemongrass Chicken. Enjoyed it so much, the chicken was tender and sooo much flavor in it. For mine, I had it done in the Airfryer instead of the oven, for roughly about 10 minutes.

Made this last night for my boyfriend and I and it was amazing!! After making so many of your other delicious recipes, I made a double portion of this as I knew it would be good, and I was right. My boyfriend has asked for it again tonight and I’m happy to oblige. You are my go-to site for new dishes and I have NEVER been disappointed by any of them. I bow to your taste buds. 🙂

Wow! The sauce is the star of this dish, but the chicken is a close second. I marinated the thighs for about 8hrs and served over Jasmine rice. Just Yum! Make sure you have a can of air freshener on hand unless you like your place smelling like fish sauce. 🙂

Delicious!! Tasted amazing!! Had to go to my local Asian Food market (H Mart) to find the lemongrass! Flavors were complex and delicious. My 6 year old loved it! I have the Ninja Foodi.

I just made this recipe for lunch. It was absolutely delicious!!! It was better than a restaurant! I followed the recipe and steps exactly, except I used a whole chopped chicken instead of only thighs. We ate it all in one sitting and I’ll make it again this week. Thank you for this wonderful recipe that we will make regularly now.
