The master sauce can be kept in the fridge for 3 – 4 days. You can use it to cook pork belly and eggs as well.

Remove the shells and put soft or hard boiled eggs in the cooking liquid. Use the keep warm button to “marinade” the eggs in the master sauce.

I tried to find dark soy sauce, but only found thick soy sauce. Used that and threw a splash of dry sherry into the master stock.5 stars
