As long as all the chicken thighs are partially submerged in the cooking liquid, you can use the same cooking time.

I never deviate from it. Today I was looking for a fast recipe using the Instant Pot because I had chicken I needed to use but it’s a hot day and I didn’t want to bake in my oven for 90 minutes. So to Google I went and came across this recipe. The ingredients are close to my recipe and so felt good about trying it. It turned out fantastic! I doubled it and made as written- my family enjoyed it just as much as my usual recipe! I appreciated how much faster it was using the IP. Thank you!5 stars
