This was really delicious and everyone in the family loved it. As I didn’t have a fresh orange, I used orange juice and lemon zest, and added 2 tbsp of orange maramalade (when adding the honey at the end) to boost the orange flavour. I didn’t have access to my broiler today, so sauteed the chicken for 3 minutes on each side after marinading and before cooking to try to get some carmelization. Great recipe.

Made a&j orange chicken today. Ended up subbing some things namely soy sauce because of course I knew I was out and told myself how many times to get some?? Weeks ago lol. I also used boneless skinless thighs paired with steamed broccoli and rice

Had a go a the Orange Chicken recipe and it turned out really well 😋 cooked some Jasmine Rice PIP at the same time, with the same timings as the chicken recipe, and it did work – normally I just press the Rice button so I wasn’t sure, but it was fine. This recipe would be enough for two so, as it’s only me mostly, I took the other half of the chicken off the bone and packed it for the freezer with the remaining sauce for an easy dinner later … 🙂

Made your Instant Pot Orange Chicken last night! The delicious light orange, garlic & ginger combination was perfect. Served over jasmine rice.

Made this for my family tonight and it was a winner winner chicken dinner! Substituted sweet chili sauce for honey and served with sticky rice, steamed baby bok choy and added red pepper flakes as another garnish. Thanks so much
