You can fit four of these little ramekins I got from Costco when they sell pre-made creme brûlée on the IP trivet. Five of them would’ve been perfect for the amount of custard yielded.

I followed Amy + Jacky’s hk egg custard recipe but swapped out the 1 cup of milk for full fat coconut milk and also added 1/8 tsp salt (this brings out the coconut flavor more)
It came out rich, smooth tasting!5 stars
