I’ve made this several times now in my Fissler stove top instapot and this time I added a can of butter beans instead of potatoes, 1 tablespoon oxtail seasoning, 1 tablespoon Jerk seasoning, 2 teaspoon allspice, 2 tablespoons of Ketchup instead of tomato paste and 2 scotch bonnet peppers for a more Traditional Carribean flavor….very nice!

Oh goodness, this recipe was 10x better than I thought it would be. I’ve tried a few different recipes, and I thought that this was recipe was simple, super delicious and very flavorful. This will definitely be my good to from now on!

A little bit of this stew is very filling & will satisfy all of your cravings. I’ve made this 3 times now (so delicious). The first batch I made exactly as written – except I added 2 cups of homemade beef broth (I have the larger instant pot). The second batch I was sharing with my grown daughter who was going hiking with us, and has celiac disease. I substituted coconut Amino for the soy sauce. Both ways are equally delicious. Everyone likes it A LOT! Thank you Amy & Jackie

This one is the best. Just like dad made it. I have this on repeat and the kids love it! They’re intro to oxtail as I was by my dad. Thx for that ratatouille moment!!

We spent so much money in Miami in the best Cuban restaurant , every week, in order to eat out sinful oxtails, until I came across this amazing recipe, and since then , oxtails are even more sinful, without breaking the bank ! Thank you so much for sharing this culinary masterpiece !
