Loved this and started with 7 minutes. The squash was probably a little more than 6″ across. Had to add 2 minutes more after QR. This was wonderful and al dente instead of soggy like it usually comes out. You all have the best recipes! I made your shrimp recipe with sautéed garlic, asparagus, and red onion to serve over the spaghetti in a bowl. My husband said he really liked it from the first bite. He’s usually a hard sell when it comes to spaghetti squash. ANOTHER KEEPER! Thank you Amy + Jacky!

I cooked some spaghetti squash and some quinoa in the instant pot to make a salad plate. One of my favorite healthy meals.

I combined two different Amy and Jacky recipes today for lunch: spaghetti squash and sautéed shrimp. Just added extra butter, garlic and Parmesan. The results are scrumptious 😋

Spaghetti squash for a quick and delicious lunch! I cooked the squash in the IP using A&Js recipe then sautéed some minced garlic in butter and tossed with Parmesan, parsley and red pepper flakes🌿 ❤️🥰
