Made this tonight and it was delicious! Per your instructions, it’s important to pat the wings as dry as possible to get the sauce to stick and get that caramelization. If it doesn’t look sticky enough, add more sauce and bake a few mins longer.

The wings were juicy and tasty, but I think if I want wings in the future I will get them at a restaurant. It was a little messy and two appliances to clean. I also thought the sauce did not stick to the wings, so the flavor was muted. I had to add sauce on the plate and do some dipping.

Made Amy + Jacky’s Instant Pot Chicken Wings with BBQ Sauce last night for dinner, really happy how they turned out. Definitely will make again. Served them with Creamed Spinach and Steamed Carrots. Yum!

I love, love, love everything, Amy & Jacky. When I search for an instant pot recipe if there is one by Amy & Jacky I go straight to it and disregard the rest. I am not a big fan of BBQ sauce so I made these without the BBQ sauce and used a parmesan garlic sauce I had in the frig. Holy cow these were delicious! Next time I’m going to try a salt & pepper dry rub, like the kind from a Chinese restaurant.
