The family loved it. So very tender and yummy!! Followed directions to a T! Oven finished on broil 5-8 mins w KC Masterpiece Original. A little spicier than HeadCountry BBQ sauce but, still very good. I wish I had thought to put the foil on baking sheet like below. Very Smart! Thank you!

Country style ribs. Even the meat critics approve! The marinade gives the ribs enough flavor that I don’t have to use a lot of bbq sauce in the last step.

I use this recipe all the time and it is always perfect. Sometimes we like to mix it up a bit and use a different sauce like teriyaki etc. Always good.
Super easy and nice to only clean one pot. I line a baking sheet with aluminum foil to make easy cleanup after broiling.

I have been cooking food (Chef Style) for over four decades and turning to a very short time cooking pork country style ribs I stumbles upon your recipe and the outcome was beyond belief. The ribs came out so tender and juicy and I used STUBBS BBQ SAUCE it was an instant winner. You have sold me on INSTANT POT recipes.
