Ninja Food model. Everything I have made from your site is wonderful! Today I made a mock up of your chicken and rice and your salsa chicken. wowowowow! It came out so good! I used the same chicken broth (homemade no salt) to rice ratio, 6 bone in skin on thighs, browned them like in the other recipe, two 14 ounce cans of diced tomatoes (I didn’t have fire roasted) and skipped the onions because the dog gets some of our food (I know… spoiled dog!) This came out so good! Thank you for filling our bellies with such easy to make yummy real food! I added a pinch of penzeys chipotle powder, could have added more since we could barely taste it. Topped it all in bowls with maple pickled jalapeños (homemade) and sour cream. Fantastic!

I make Salsa Chicken frequently to shred for enchiladas and other Tex-Mex foods. I am a lazy cook and usually dump bottled chunky salsa atop the chicken before pressure cooking rather than using the separate tomatoes, onions, garlic. Most of the time I use Salsa Verde but regular red works fine.

It was absolutely delicious. The ingredients were on point. Served with flour tortillas. Will add two more chicken breast next time.
