No changes made and they came out perfectly. I did cut down on prep time and bought pre-cooked bacon. Less mess. Thanks5 stars

It’s easy to add whatever leftover veggies and meats you have in the fridge. I cook mine for 10 minutes as I found 9 to be a bit too “liquidy” for my hubby.5 stars

I wanted a healthy breakfast that was easy to warm up on morning when I have an early workout or that I could heat then eat in my car on occasion. I used pre-cooked turkey bacon I had on hand, a 3-cheese blend and a sprinkle of parsley. This is one of my new go-to recipes. Thanks, Amy & Jacky for your work!5 stars

I used bacon, shredded hashbrowns, onion and cheddar cheese. I also subbed greek yogurt for the cottage cheese. I’ll definitely be making these again.5 stars

Bought the InstantPot silicone cooker; accidentally left them on Natural Release for 12 minutes and they were wonderful! I’ll probably go with healthier ingredients (nix the bacon) next time, but I wanted to try the original before experimenting. I absolutely adore this recipe!5 stars

I mixed them up, popped them in, took the dogs for a quick walk and had a hot breakfast ready for the family when I got home. Win-win! I did a Mexican variation where I used diced ham, mild canned green chilis and shredded Monterrey Jack cheese. They were great!5 stars

But today I tried Amy and Jackie’s recipe because I love every other recipe they put out. They are the best egg bites! I was skeptical of the soy sauce but will use again.5 stars

Make the egg bites, then cool and freeze. Freezing the raw egg mixture will result in a degraded taste and take a lot of your valuable morning time up. Great plan to feed your family something healthy to start their day off right!

Looks like another Amy+Jacky winner. Thank you for the recipe.
