It is absolutely delicious. The best pork tenderloin I have ever made. Thanks, Amy & Jacky! 0 minutes and 20 minutes natural release (the recipe calls for 15 minutes natural release, but I added time because mine was thicker)5 stars

I made an elk tenderloin today following the pork loin instructions. It turned out beautifully. The temperature guidelines are identical to the pork. Another great recipe.

It’s quick easy and best of all my family loved it so much that it’s on a twice a month rotation. Thank you for sharing the recipe.5 stars

The zero minute method works great. I’m especially grateful that you appreciate that as long as the temp is above a safe 142 F when removed from the IP, pink is fine, and actually desirable, in pork tenderloin! I’m so tired of gray, rubbery, dry versions of a treat of a pork cut! Thank you, too, for your notes. They really help a beginner like me! I live at high altitude, and so far adding any extra minutes to the NR actually overcooks the meat. I’ve been fine at 5,680 feet above sea level using the original cook times. Everyone should experiment for themselves, though, as many factors affect high altitude cooking.5 stars

Didn’t have Sage, but the tenderloin was still delicious. I had two tenderloins, which were 2 inches thick. Used your “rule, add 5-6 minutes per half inch for natural release. Pork was perfect!

I was worried the herbs will be too strong. But it is not. It gives enough flavor without overpowering.

After the pork is done, I use the juice to make farro with mushrooms. The juice was diluted and measured for the amount of farro I have.5 stars

I had a much larger tenderloin, but this gave me the basics. I would never have thought that you could cook for zero minutes. The idea of the atural release and the meat thermometer was genius too. Thanks so much!5 stars
