Excellent! I’ve made this twice so far & it was gobbled up with a quickness. (lol) 😉 Only difference is that I pressure-cooked the beef ribs for 8 minutes! I’ve got an old school pressure cooker and if I would’ve cooked the ribs according to time suggested, there wouldn’t have been anything left! I’m guessing electric pressure cookers take significantly longer to heat up(?) Anyway, thanks so much for this delicious recipe! 😘😘 It’s definitely a keeper! 🙂

This is such a great recipe. I use boneless short ribs. And cooking the potatoes in a pot in pot method is just so convenient. Absolutely one of my favorite recipes.

I could only find boneless short ribs. Will the time in the pressure cooker be different?

I have been looking for this flavor profile for probably 50 years it was one my mother made the tasted much like this, however she never had heard of fish sauce or balsamic vinegar. The short ribs were delicious and now I use the same recipe for my brisket. Thank you so much for this and your other great recipes so glad I found your site.
